Akilah York

FOUNDER, THE LIVELY BEE MOON SHOP
Akilah York is a chef, teaching artist, and founder of The Lively Bee Moon Shop, where she uses art, food, and play to help system-impacted youth heal and thrive. With over six years in Los Angeles nonprofits, she builds custom programs rooted in her own story and a simple belief: every young person deserves real tools to navigate the world and change it. She partners with organizations and brands who put community first and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty building something better.
Rashika @ Inkshika

LA BASED ARTIST
Rashika is an LA-based artist mapping the subconscious through intricate linework and abstract painting rooted in nature and interconnectedness. With a background in environmental work, she uses art as a sacred tool to transmute heavy emotions into grounding, joyful beauty. Through her workshops, she invites you to map your inner world and remember that changing the world starts from within.
Corrine Li, Ph.D.

FOUNDER, canDID Expressions
Corrine Li is a speech-language pathologist, expressive arts practitioner, writer, and founder of canDID Expressions, a peer-led community for people who experience trauma-based dissociation. Drawing on decades of clinical training, research, and her own healing journey, she helps people give voice to their stories through words, images, and movement.
Alexa Fischer

FOUNDER, WISHBEADS

Alexa Fischer is an entrepreneur, creator, speaker, and dreamer. After working with everyone from CEOs to non-profit organizations, Alexa finds that people’s greatest untapped resource is their own light. Her teaching centers on how to access that light practically and daily, so you can create real change from within.
Chao Dou

FOUNDER, CHAOSMOS
Chao Dou is an experience architect, embodiment facilitator, and artist. Her practice chaosmos creates playgrounds for rediscovering your body, creativity, and sense of aliveness, through multisensory experiences that blend movement, intuition, art, and collective play.
Karis Yves Knight

CEREMONIAL ARTIST
Karis Yves Knight is devoted to blending ancient wisdom with modern practices to create intentional healing spaces. Through meditative art, she guides people in gently moving what blocks their joy, releasing stress and stagnant energy from the mind and body, and returning to authentic expression. Her work supports inner balance and a deeper connection to the soul, helping us reconnect with our own inner wisdom.
Clark Nesselrodt & David Person

INTUITIVE GUIDES
Clark Nesselrodt and David Person work with energy healing modalities, hold ceremonial space and offer intuitive guidance. They carry healing lineage songs of the Peruvian Amazon, while channeling a large repertoire of original medicine music and sharing their wisdom through diverse creative expressions.
Marguerite Nesteruk

FOUNDER, RESONATING EARTH

As an Earth and Energy Practitioner based, Marguerite connects people with themselves and with Nature while using herbal tea and breathwork as the bridge between all her offerings for deeper healing. As a certified Herbalist, Breathwork Guide, Reiki Master, Earth Energy Healer, Herbal Tea Ceremonialist & Tea Alchemist, Marguerite weaves her expertise to foster balance and well-being in body, mind, & spirit.
Geeta Novotny

FOUNDER, REVOLUTION VOICE®
Geeta has taken her 20+ years as an internationally acclaimed award-winning vocalist, her extensive teaching experience, and her knowledge and practice of the healing arts to provide a transformative and highly-effective, multi-dimensional approach to vocal training, vocal coaching, singing workshops, sound therapy and performances which affords deep healing, self-discovery and empowerment from the inside out.

AUTHOR, THE LIGHT
Scarlett delivers accessible arts-based healing sessions to foster resilience, amplify diverse voices, and honor every life as a living canvas. She tells stories that inspire healing and authentic self-expression, inviting us all to love ourselves unabashedly and spread our light with true abandon.

Meet Aaron Williams

Aaron Williams is, in many ways, the heart behind the stories of Living Canvas Foundation. As our Social Media Manager, Aaron helps bring our mission to life by capturing the people, voices, and experiences that make up our growing community.

He leads our YouTube channel and Spotlight Series, interviewing artists, facilitators, partners, donors, and individuals who are using the arts as a pathway for healing, connection, and transformation.

A choreographer, actor, and content creator himself, Aaron brings an artist’s sensitivity and genuine curiosity to every conversation. His gift is making people feel seen, creating space for their stories to unfold with warmth, authenticity, and heart.

Through his lens and his conversations, Aaron helps us share not only what Living Canvas Foundation does, but the people and humanity at the center of why we do it.
